The Soul Strategy is a 6-session journey, typically scheduled every other week. This pacing allows you time to integrate practices and insights between sessions.

Each coaching session lasts about an hour, with optional weekly check-ins via messaging or email. Many clients also revisit the session recordings for additional insights and spend 20–30 minutes journaling or reflecting between sessions.

Beyond that, true transformation comes from integration. Even a few intentional minutes each day — journaling, practicing a tool we discussed, or simply pausing to notice your shifts — can create powerful momentum. What you put into this journey is what you’ll receive from it. The more space you give your growth, the more aligned and lasting your results will be.

Yes—all services are held via Zoom in real time. Coaching sessions are interactive and designed for live connection, with recordings provided so you can revisit them anytime.

For one-off Tarot readings, you’ll first receive a written reading by email. We’ll then meet live to discuss the spread and dive deeper into the insights together.
