Nikole Allen DBA Niki Rae Astrology provides astrology readings, tarot/oracle card readings, and transformational coaching. These services are designed to support personal growth, spiritual exploration, and self-empowerment.

Important:

• These services do not diagnose, treat, or cure any medical or psychological condition, nor do they provide financial, legal, or other regulated professional advice.

• You, the client, are solely responsible for seeking licensed professional help for any medical, legal, financial, psychological, or other concerns.

• Sessions are intended as a complementary tool for reflection and insight, not a replacement for professional care or decision-making.

• You agree not to rely solely on these services for making major life, health, financial, or legal decisions.

2. Disclaimers & Consent

By purchasing or participating in services from Nikole Allen DBA Niki Rae Astrology, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You are at least 18 years of age.

• You have read and understood this disclaimer in full.

• All astrology, tarot/oracle, and coaching sessions are provided for personal growth, spiritual exploration, and entertainment purposes only.

• These services are not a substitute for professional medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice.

• If you require such advice, you are solely responsible for seeking qualified, licensed professionals.

• You agree not to disregard, delay, or avoid obtaining professional advice based on any content of a session.

• You remain fully responsible for your own choices, actions, and results at all times.

• No guarantees are made regarding outcomes or results from these services.

• You release Nikole Allen DBA Niki Rae Astrology from all liability for any actions taken, decisions made, or consequences experienced following a session.

• All sales are final. Once a service has been provided, no refunds are available.

• Please give at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.

• Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice, or no-shows, are not eligible for refund.

• Missed sessions will not be made up.

• In genuine emergencies, rescheduling may be offered at my discretion.

• By booking, you accept responsibility for all fees if canceling less than 24 hours in advance.

• Session recordings may be offered as a courtesy and are available for a limited time. Clients are responsible for downloading and storing them.

• Workbooks, meditations, and handouts are for personal use only and remain the intellectual property of Niki Rae Astrology.

• Redistribution, resale, or reproduction is not permitted.

All sessions are held in strict confidence. Personal details (including birth data) are used solely for your reading or coaching process. See the Privacy Policy for more details.

By participating in any service, you release Nikole Allen DBA Niki Rae Astrology from all claims, demands, or causes of action arising from your participation. You accept full responsibility for your own well-being and actions.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Shelby County, Alabama. Any disputes shall be resolved within that jurisdiction.

These Terms may be updated at any time. The “Effective Date” above reflects the most recent version.

• Personal details: name, email address, phone number.

• Birth data (date, time, location) for most offerings.

• Booking and payment information processed securely through scheduling and payment providers.

• Session notes and recordings (if applicable), for your use and reference.

• Voluntary information you choose to share, such as through forms, sessions, surveys, and/or emails.

• Scheduling and delivering astrology, tarot, and/or coaching sessions.

• Preparing personalized content for your readings, sessions and/or programs.

• Sending service-related communications (confirmations, recaps, reminders, follow-ups).

• Sharing optional updates, newsletters, or offers (only if you have opted in).

• Maintaining internal records and/or improving services.

• We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties.

• Information may be shared with trusted third-party service providers (e.g., scheduler, payment processor, email marketing system) solely to deliver services.

• We may disclose information if required by law, or if necessary to protect our rights, safety, or property.

We take appropriate measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, or misuse. However, no method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

• Recordings and notes, when provided, are intended solely for your personal use.

• We store recordings for a limited time and if you wish to revisit them, encourage you to download them promptly.

• Workbooks, meditations, and handouts remain the intellectual property of Nikole Allen DBA Niki Rae Astrology and may not be redistributed.

You have the right to:

• Request access to the personal data we hold about you.

• Request corrections or updates to your personal information.

• Withdraw consent for receiving marketing emails at any time by clicking “unsubscribe.”

• Request deletion of your personal data, subject to legal and contractual obligations.

Our services are not provided directly to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly conduct astrology, tarot, or coaching sessions for minors nor do we conduct readings for third parties that are not present or have not given consent.

Parents or legal guardians may, however, provide a child’s date of birth or other relevant details for the purpose of their own reading (e.g., when exploring family dynamics or parent–child charts). In these cases, the information is used solely to prepare the parent’s session and is never used to provide services directly to the child.

We do not knowingly collect or store personal contact information from individuals under 18.
